3-ingredient dairy-free creamer

Writer: Christine HanwickChristine Hanwick

I love a kava tea or mushroom coffee on occasion — but always with cream.

My partner is dairy-free, so we keep non-dairy milk on-hand, but it never does a coffee or tea justice. And the curdle that occurs in a good coffee with many dairy-free milk options is almost blasphemous.

I used to buy non-dairy creamer but over time noticed I was throwing it out — because we just don't use it enough. So I came up with my own non-dairy creamer solution.

You'll just need three ingredients, and I'm guessing you'll already have them on-hand. If you don't, I suggest adding them to your grocery list.

And with the same ingredients you can make your own whipped topping, which I also love adding to my tea or coffee at home. Keep posted — I'll add this recipe to the blog soon!
